I started my fitness journey in 2019. At that time in my life I was coming out of a deep depression and hadn't found any practices that improved my mental health. After a year of inconsistent exercise, I made a pact with myself for 6 months of consistency to see what I could accomplish.
Little did I know my life was changing for the better. I soon realized the impact fitness had on my mental health and self esteem.
